Compensation: $48,000–$52,000 per year

Job Summary
Serve as the central hub for field operations: primary contact for customers and technicians,
scheduling service calls, handling customer data entry, and light invoicing with strong
attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log incoming service requests (phone, email, online), prioritize urgency.
- Assign calls to the right technicians; optimize routes based on skills and availability.
- Communicate clear job details to technicians (primarily via text).
- Manage schedules and workloads; adjust for urgent or unexpected issues.
- Maintain accurate job records; process invoices in QuickBooks.
- Handle general office administrative duties.
- Primarily Mon–Fri; occasional Saturdays/weeknights as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
- Comfort with computers is a plus.
- Positive, solutions-oriented, calm under pressure.
- Similar role experience helpful but not required (training provided).
- Geographic knowledge of the Capital District is beneficial (can be learned).
